The breakfast was wonderful and lovely with toast and juices, as for instance and frequently replenished. Its location was indeed fantastic and amazing and only 5 minutes walk from a Grade ii listed parish church. The area was very nice really close to the centre of a lovely market town in a superb national, and the marketplace. Appreciated this small hotel, can't recommend highly enough.

The staff is lovely, the breakfast gorgeous, the location is amazing just off centre of Hawes as well as the pubs and eateries. The rooms are excellent and en suite, have hypoallergenic pillows. Nice touch to have an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. No reason to complain and I would happily go back again.

Absolutely fantastic and exceptionally nice rooms had WiFi, coffee, and a TV set. The breakfast was gorgeous and good with juices and toast, we were pleasantly surprised. Location : the hotel was really close to good pubs with excellent evening meal menus and a "eat in or out Fish & chip "shop, local eating places and centre.

Everything is perfect here, had an excellent stay for a wedding. The hotel rooms are decent sized with a separate private bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in the heart of a picturesque town. The owner, Nina, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure my comfort. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and made to my liking. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dales House and would highly recommend it to anyone.
